Top ten best rock bands

Rock is never dead! The most intense and passionate genre of music will continue its existence till the end of the world. Most people suppose that this kind of music is created only for rebellious and insubordinate people but it is nothing like that. Rock music has been created for free people, for those who do not have the fear to speak up and make justice. If this sort of people are considered rebellious nowadays, then something is wrong with our world.
Nevertheless, here I want to present My TOP Ten of rock bands. I hope you will enjoy and discover something new for yourself. Let's get started.

10. The Pretty Reckless. I discovered this band recently but got obsessed with them instantly. Their music is quite traditional (in terms of hard and alternative rock) but still there is something special about them. May it is the effect of Taylor Momsen's deep and hoarse voice, not sure, but I will definitely continue admiring their music.

9. Nirvana is something special for me. I discovered this band at the beginning of my rock obsession and it now it signifies something classic and old-school (which in fact is true). The unique style of singing and reckless lifestyle of Kurt Cobain increased my interest for this group. I regret only that will never get to hear them life. But at least, I can always put their songs on repeat and enjoy them.

8. Linkin Park. Unfortunately, it happened so that I got to be a real fan of them only after Chester Bennington's death. I suppose that it increased the impact of their music over me. I really felt the pain of their songs. These guys's songs  were around me my whole childhood, so.. yeah, their music reminds me about everything connected to my past. I hope that they will manage to continue their existence as a ban even after this tragedy.

7. In this Moment. I've heard them once accidentally and could never forget that intense and pure rock voice of the lead singer. Maria Brink really nails it every time. And their life performances are just dark magic. I am really obsessed with what these guys do and I strongly advise everyone interested in hard rock and metalcore to chek them out.

6. Nightwish. I think that this band does not even need an introduction. The best that I ever heard from symphonic and Gothic metal was created by them and performed by the incredible Tarja Turunen. I think that the strongest performance that I heard of them was "The Phantom of the Opera". In fact, it is useless to add words here, just turn that band on and listen.

5. Queen. I guess I got to listen to them for the first time while watching "A Knight's Tale" where their most known song "We will rock you" is played as a soundtrack. I explored their creation further myself and discovered a hidden treasure, metaphorically speaking. "Show must go on" "I want to be free" "Bohemia Rhapsody" -  these song will leave in my mind and soul forever. Hale to the Kings of Rock!

4 AC/DC. I remember my mom telling me how cool this band is and how crazy she went being young and hearing them on radio. Now, I think, their music was transmitted to me heritage. I just can't leaving a day without turning them on in my headphones. They transmit so much power, energy and motivation through their music. It's simply marvelous. Thank you, heroes!

3. 30 seconds to mars. This band just hit me one day. I had no idea about their existence till I saw once Jared Leto on a TV Show playing. I googled them, and then, never let them go. Every important moment of my life goes along with their songs, and every day is enlighten by their art. Fairly speaking, I don't know how I lived before getting to know them. On the whole, I love every song that they play. That's it.

2. Halestorm. Even writing that blog, I listen to their song. I think it's pure magic how the combination of someone's voice and some instruments sounds are making a person feel so deep and changing lives. That band changed my life. They gave me what others did not, they gave me confidence, power, energy, purpose and faith. Listen to them once and you will never be able to forget Lzzy Hale's voice.

1. Scorpions. These guys will live forever. Some songs just penetrate your skin and stay there forever, even when you turn of the player. This is what Scorpions songs do with your mind. Their hits have become standards of the hard rock genre, and their personalities are role models for the new generation. Their band is an example of real friendship and devotion. So, mind everything they've done, because it's perfect.
